Salary Range: $49,400 - $74,100 annually

Position Summary:
The Virtual Reality Projects Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that teams and projects advance within the constraints of time and budget. This role involves orchestrating collaboration across various stakeholders, including UNeTech staff, leadership, clinical professionals, innovators, and external partners both within and outside the University of Nebraska system. The Coordinator will implement a scrum project management framework and contribute as a developer in programming, 3D modeling, and animation.
Required Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 2+ years in management/coordination of team-based projects, including experience with the scrum framework, scheduling management, and general research activities.
• License/Certification: Scrum Master Certified
• Computer Applications: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and 3D modeling software.
• Additional Skills: Highly skilled in 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, and graphic design. Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicts across diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience: System organization, Unity, Visual Studios, C#, Adobe Suite, Scrum leadership, Meta Integration, Oculus VR, Blender; Experience in educational curriculum and project leadership.
• Computer Applications: Jira, Trello, Mural, Substance 3D, Unity, Visual Studios C#, Adobe Creative, Oculus, Meta technologies, Blender
• Skills: Background in humanities or arts, knowledge of architectural design methods, innovation in VR and digital art, experience in VR development using Unity Engine and Oculus VR.
